The way that I, Noah and Ramm organized the groups were by states. Some of the state we grouped by 2's and some by 1's. The reason we did it this way is because to us it seemed as though the easiest way to do it. We have to make 35 groups that are why we are having some states with 2 and some states with just one by itself. But no matter what it has to be 35 different groups. The first group that we are starting with is New York and Massachusetts. Those states had some of the most schools especially New York. One school that is in New York is, University of Albany. A school in Massachusetts is the Boston University. The next group is Connecticut and Maine. One school that resides in Maine is, University of Maine. The school in Connecticut is the University of Hartford. Next one the list is Maryland and New Hampshire. Colleges that are in Maryland are the University of Maryland, and one that is New Hampshire is the University of New Hampshire. The reason why these schools are grouped this way is also because I grouped the states that have the least amount of schools and the schools that has the most amounts of school. Another reason why we did it like this is because on Wikipedia these were some of the first schools that we saw. So the next states are Vermont and North Carolina, one school out of Vermont is University of Vermont. The one in North Carolina is the University of North Carolina. Next group is Ohio and Pennsylvania, one school that's in Pennsylvania is Duquesne University. In Ohio it is the University of Dayton. Next is Washington and Rhode Island, Washington has only a few colleges in their state. A college that is Rhode Island is the University of Rhode Island. In Washington one of the few colleges they have is George Washington University. Next group is Virginia and Missouri, one school in Virginia is the University of Virginia. A college out of Missouri, the college is it is the Saint Louis University. The next group is South Carolina and Florida, one school out of South Carolina is the Clemson University. A school in Florida is the University of Miami; it is located in Coral Gables. Next group is Georgia and Colorado, a school in Georgia is Mercer University. A school in Colorado is the University of Colorado. Next group is Kansas and Iowa, a college in Kansas is the University of Kansas. In Colorado a school there is the University of Colorado. Next group is the University of Nebraska and University of Texas. Then rests of the groups are Oklahoma and Illinois, the Wisconsin and Indiana. In order for there to be 35 groups the rest of the states have to be single. So now it is New Jersey, then West Virginia, Virginia. Next it is Idaho, Montana, Arizona, Oregon, California, Utah, Delaware, and Louisiana. Finally it is Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Michigan, New Mexico, Nevada, Wyoming, Arkansas, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Hawaii. In conclusion these are our new N.B.A conferences.
